I recently had to explain a technical product to people who know very little about the subject. I understood everything myself, but my first draft was full of complicated words. My coworker could not even get through the first page. That made me look into a technical writing service in USA. Has anyone used one for a similar problem? Did the writer make the information easier without leaving out important details? I would like to hear what your experience was before I decide whether to get outside help.
